Welcome to Nesthub, a comprehensive, enterprise-grade Rental Property Management System designed to revolutionize the way property managers, landlords, tenants, and real estate professionals manage rental properties. Nesthub is a flagship product of Xfix Global Limited, a premier software engineering company dedicated to building innovative technological solutions that power businesses across Africa and beyond. By accessing or using any part of the Nesthub platformโ€”including but not limited to tenant registration and screening, lease agreement tracking and management, automated rent collection, maintenance request handling, financial reporting and analytics, document storage, property listing management, communication tools, payment processing, and all associated features, modules, and mobile applicationsโ€”you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether acting as a property owner, property manager, landlord, tenant, real estate agent, or any other user of the Nesthub platform) and Xfix Global Limited, the operator and provider of Nesthub. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of whether you are using the free tier, a paid subscription plan, or an enterprise custom deployment. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we strongly advise that you discontinue your use of Nesthub immediately and cease all access to our platform and services.

By creating an account, accessing property data, processing rent payments, submitting maintenance requests, signing leases electronically, or utilizing any feature of Nesthub, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of Nesthub signifies your acceptance of these terms, including any future amendments, modifications, or updates that may be made from time to time. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations.

Introduction and Scope of Agreement

By accessing and utilizing the services of Nesthub, including our web-based platform, mobile applications, APIs, and all associated tools and features, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These Terms govern the use of our services, including any content, functionality, and features offered through the Nesthub platform. These Terms apply to all categories of users, including but not limited to:

  • Property Owners and Landlords: Individuals or entities who own rental properties and use Nesthub to manage their real estate assets, track leases, collect rent, and communicate with tenants.
  • Property Managers: Professional property management companies or individuals who manage rental properties on behalf of property owners, using Nesthub to oversee multiple properties, tenants, and financial operations.
  • Tenants: Individuals or entities who rent or lease properties and use Nesthub to pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, access lease documents, and communicate with property managers or landlords.
  • Real Estate Professionals: Agents, brokers, and other real estate industry professionals who may use Nesthub to facilitate rental transactions and property management services.
  • Service Providers: Maintenance contractors, vendors, and other third-party service providers who may be invited to the platform to respond to maintenance requests or provide services to properties.

These Terms also incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information; our Acceptable Use Policy, which outlines prohibited activities on our platform; our Data Processing Agreement for users who are subject to GDPR or other data protection regulations; and any other policies or guidelines that may be published on our website or within the Nesthub platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by an authorized representative of Xfix Global Limited.

Definitions and Interpretation

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply equally to both singular and plural forms of the terms defined.

"Company", "We", "Our", or "Us" refers to Xfix Global Limited, the provider and operator of the Nesthub platform, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and successors in interest.

"You", "User", "Customer", "Client", "Landlord", "Property Manager", or "Tenant" refers to any individual, entity, organization, partnership, corporation, or business that accesses, uses, subscribes to, registers with, or otherwise engages with the Nesthub platform or any of its features, products, or services.

"Nesthub", "Platform", "Services", or "System" refers to the Rental Property Management System provided by Xfix Global Limited, including all software applications, websites (including all subdomains), mobile applications (iOS and Android), APIs, tools, features, modules, integrations, and associated documentation and support services.

"Property" or "Rental Unit" means any residential or commercial real estate asset, including apartments, houses, condominiums, townhouses, office spaces, retail spaces, or any other rental property that is listed, managed, or tracked through the Nesthub platform.

"Agreement", "Terms", or "Terms and Conditions" refers to this entire legal document, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and any other policies or guidelines that may be incorporated by reference or published on the Nesthub platform from time to time.

"Content" or "Data" refers to all information, data, text, images, documents, files, photographs, lease agreements, financial records, payment information, maintenance requests, communications, and any other materials uploaded, submitted, generated, stored, transmitted, or processed by users within the Nesthub platform.

"Subscription", "Plan", or "Tier" refers to the specific service level, pricing plan, or feature set selected by a user to access the Nesthub platform, which may include free tiers, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, enterprise plans, or custom deployment options.

"Payment Gateway" or "Payment Processor" means the third-party financial service providers integrated with Nesthub to facilitate online rent collection, fee processing, subscription payments, and other financial transactions, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Flutterwave, M-Pesa, and other regional payment solutions.

Account Registration, Eligibility, and Security

To access and use the Nesthub platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, complete, and truthful information about yourself or your organization. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during the registration process and throughout your use of Nesthub is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, API keys, and any multi-factor authentication codes or security tokens.

Account Security Obligations (Non-Exhaustive):
  • You must not share your account credentials, passwords, or security tokens with any unauthorized third party, including other employees, contractors, or family members unless specifically authorized under an enterprise multi-user plan.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, any security breach, or any suspected compromise of your credentials by emailing security@xfixglobal.com and also by contacting our support team at support@xfixglobal.com.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities, transactions, communications, and legal obligations that occur under your account, regardless of whether the activities were authorized by you or resulted from unauthorized access, unless you have provided us with prompt notice of the unauthorized access.
  • We strongly recommend and encourage the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) wherever available to enhance the security of your account and protect sensitive property and tenant data.
  • You must ensure that your account information, including email address, phone number, billing information, and contact details, remains current, accurate, and complete at all times, and you must promptly update any changes through your account settings.
  • Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any other party without our express prior written consent, which may be withheld at our sole discretion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of any devices, networks, or systems you use to access Nesthub, including keeping your operating systems, browsers, and antivirus software up to date.

Eligibility Requirements: By creating an account on Nesthub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) and that you have the full legal capacity, right, and authority to enter into this binding agreement. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" throughout these Terms shall refer to both you individually and the entity you represent.

We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to refuse registration to any individual or entity, to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information, or to take any other action we deem appropriate to protect the integrity and security of the Nesthub platform and its users. We may also require additional verification of identity or authorization for certain account types or high-risk activities.

Nesthub Services, Features, and Technical Infrastructure

Nesthub provides a comprehensive, all-in-one digital ecosystem specifically designed for rental property management. Our platform is built on enterprise-grade, globally distributed technical infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal performance, data redundancy, and robust security. The following describes the core services and infrastructure components that power Nesthub:

Service Availability Commitment: We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, enhance, or discontinue any feature, module, or service without prior individual notice to users. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance through platform notifications, email, or our status page. Unplanned outages may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, utility failures, or third-party service disruptions.

As part of our continuous improvement commitment, we regularly introduce new features, update existing functionality, and optimize platform performance. We encourage you to review our release notes and product documentation to stay informed about new capabilities. Some features may be available only on certain subscription plans, and we reserve the right to change feature availability based on plan tiers.

User Responsibilities, Data Accuracy, and Prohibited Conduct

As a user of Nesthub, you acknowledge and agree that you bear significant legal and practical responsibilities regarding your use of the platform. These responsibilities are designed to protect the integrity of the platform, the rights of other users, and the security of all data processed through Nesthub. The following outlines your key responsibilities and categories of prohibited conduct:

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that your use of Nesthub complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, ordinances, and industry standards, including but not limited to landlord-tenant laws, fair housing laws (including FHA, ADA, and equivalent local laws), data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), tax laws, and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information within your account, including property details, lease terms, tenant information, contact information, and financial records.
  • Timely Payments: Pay all applicable subscription fees, transaction fees, and other charges in accordance with the pricing terms and billing cycles applicable to your account.
  • Credential Security: Implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect your account credentials, API keys, and other authentication mechanisms from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Incident Notification: Immediately notify us of any security incident, data breach, unauthorized access, or suspected compromise involving your account or any data stored within Nesthub.
  • Consent Management: Obtain all necessary consents, permissions, and authorizations from individuals (including tenants, employees, and contractors) whose personal information you submit to, process through, or store within the Nesthub platform.
  • Intellectual Property Respect: Respect and refrain from infringing upon the intellectual property rights of Xfix Global Limited, our licensors, and third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
  • Tax and Legal Obligations: Independently fulfill all tax reporting, withholding, remittance, and other legal obligations arising from your rental activities, including income tax on rent collected, security deposit handling requirements, and eviction procedures under applicable law.
  • Lease Management: Ensure that any lease agreements created, stored, or managed through Nesthub are legally valid, properly executed, and compliant with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the rental property is located.
โŒ Strictly Prohibited Conduct
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, probe, scan, or connect to any Nesthub systems, networks, or data without proper authorization, including hacking, password cracking, or circumvention of security measures (including CAPTCHA, rate limits, and access controls).
  • Malicious Content: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious code, software, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful or destructive code or content.
  • Denial of Service: Attempting to disrupt, overwhelm, degrade, or interfere with the availability, performance, or functionality of the Nesthub platform, including denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Interference with Other Users: Interfering with, disrupting, or negatively impacting the ability of other users to access or use Nesthub, including through excessive API calls, automated scripts, or resource-intensive operations.
  • Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in any deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, or dishonest activities, including identity theft, impersonation of another person or entity, fake property listings, fake tenant applications, or payment fraud.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, or transmitting any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
  • Harassment & Abuse: Harassing, threatening, abusing, defaming, discriminating against, or otherwise harming any other user of Nesthub, including tenants, landlords, property managers, or our support and operations staff.
  • Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decrypting, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of any part of the Nesthub platform.
  • Automated Access: Using any automated system, software, bot, crawler, scraper, or script to access Nesthub for any purpose without our express written authorization, including scraping data for competitive analysis or unauthorized aggregation.
  • Circumvention of Restrictions: Attempting to bypass or circumvent any usage restrictions, rate limits, feature access controls, or geographic restrictions imposed by Nesthub.
  • Discrimination: Using Nesthub to facilitate or engage in any discriminatory practices in violation of fair housing laws, including discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Illegal Activities: Using Nesthub for any activity that violates applicable laws, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, or other criminal activities.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Consequences of Violations

Violation of any of the above responsibilities or prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, permanent ban from the Nesthub platform, legal action seeking injunctive relief and damages, and liability for all losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by Xfix Global Limited or affected third parties. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting violations, and disclose your account information and activity logs to law enforcement or regulatory agencies as required or permitted by law. We also reserve the right to monitor usage patterns, server logs, API calls, and data access patterns to detect, prevent, and investigate unauthorized or prohibited activities.

Payment, Fees & Billing Policies

Nesthub provides a comprehensive Rental Management System (RMS) to manage properties, tenants, and payments efficiently. Some features or services may incur subscription fees, transaction fees, setup charges, or other applicable costs. By using Nesthub or subscribing to any plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with these Terms and our published pricing.

Note: All fees are charged in the currency selected during business registration. Pricing and fees may change; current rates are always available in your account or via our sales team.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Nesthub platform, services, software (including source code and object code), algorithms, designs, user interfaces, graphics, icons, text, photographs, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, documentation, training materials, and all content not submitted by users (collectively, "Our Intellectual Property") are owned exclusively by Xfix Global Limited or our licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws, as well as international treaties.

Our Intellectual Property (Xfix Global Limited / Nesthub)
  • All software source code, object code, algorithms, data structures, and proprietary technology underlying the Nesthub platform.
  • Platform designs, user interfaces, visual elements, layouts, color schemes, and interactive features.
  • Trademarks, service marks, and logos including "Nesthub," "Nesthub Global," the Nesthub logo, "Xfix Global," "Daphas POS," "Shule Yangu Online," "StreamPay," and all associated brand elements.
  • All documentation, user guides, API documentation, training materials, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Patents and patentable inventions, including pending patent applications relating to property management technology.
  • Server configurations, deployment scripts, infrastructure architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Domain names including nesthub.xfixglobal.com, and all related subdomains.
  • Any software libraries, frameworks, or third-party code licensed to us for incorporation into Nesthub.
Your Intellectual Property (User Content)
  • You retain full ownership of all content, data, documents, images, and information you submit to, upload to, or generate within the Nesthub platform ("Your Content").
  • You grant Xfix Global Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, modify (for formatting purposes only), distribute, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Nesthub services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not claim ownership of your business data, tenant information, lease documents, financial records, or any other proprietary information you store on Nesthub.
  • You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, consents, permissions, and licenses to submit Your Content to Nesthub and to grant the license above.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized, de-identified data derived from Your Content for platform improvement, analytics, benchmarking, machine learning model training, and performance optimization. Such aggregated data does not identify you or any specific individual and is owned by Xfix Global Limited.
  • Upon termination of your account, the license granted above will terminate, and we will delete or return Your Content in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and applicable laws.
  • You retain the right to export Your Content at any time using our data export tools (available in all paid plans).

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, assign, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of Our Intellectual Property without our express prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. Any unauthorized use of Our Intellectual Property may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages, and liability for all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees). We actively monitor for intellectual property violations and enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Termination, Suspension, and Data Retention

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful or unlawful activities, or if continued access would pose a security risk or legal liability to us or other users.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@xfixglobal.com or through the account settings page. Termination requests are processed within 5 business days.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination: (a) all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease; (b) you must immediately cease all use of the Nesthub platform; (c) we may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy (standard: 30-day data retention period after termination for paid accounts; 7 days for free accounts); (d) no refunds or credits will be provided for unused prepaid fees, except where required by law; (e) any outstanding payment obligations survive termination.

Data Export: Upon termination, you may request a one-time export of your data in machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) at no additional charge, provided the request is made within the data retention period. Enterprise customers may negotiate extended data retention and assisted migration as part of their contract.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NESTHUB AND XFIX GLOBAL LIMITED PROVIDE THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XFIX GLOBAL LIMITED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND HOSTING PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF NESTHUB.

Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from these Terms or your use of Nesthub shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100.00 USD). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability caps, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xfix Global Limited, Nesthub, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, and hosting partners (including TrueHost and Cloudoon Networks) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees, expert witness fees, and court costs) arising from or related to:

  • (a) your use of the Nesthub platform or services;
  • (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
  • (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contract rights;
  • (d) your Content or data, including any claim that your Content infringes or misappropriates third-party rights;
  • (e) any dispute between you and your tenants, property owners, vendors, or other third parties arising from your use of Nesthub;
  • (f) any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not;
  • (g) your failure to comply with landlord-tenant laws, fair housing laws, or other applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You may not settle any claim without our prior written consent.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Nesthub, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Dispute Resolution โ€“ Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya (Cap. 49) and the rules of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if no agreement, appointed by the NCIA.

Exceptions to Arbitration: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of its confidential information or services.

Costs and Fees: Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses. The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, including expert witness fees. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to users as follows:

  • Email Notification: Sent to the primary email address associated with your account at least 30 days before the effective date of material changes.
  • Platform Notification: In-app banner or modal notification displayed upon login for users who have not yet acknowledged the changes.
  • Website Update: The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and the most current version will always be available at the Terms URL.

Your continued use of the Nesthub platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using Nesthub and terminate your account before the effective date of the changes.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or non-substantive updates) may be made without advance notice and become effective immediately upon posting.

Miscellaneous Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Xfix Global Limited regarding Nesthub, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, nor of any other right or provision, unless expressly agreed in writing signed by an authorized representative of Xfix Global Limited.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, power outages, or third-party hosting failures.
  • Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms without restriction to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer of all or substantially all of our assets or business.
  • Third-Party Beneficiaries: Our hosting partners, data center providers, payment processors, and other subcontractors are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the limitations of liability and indemnification provisions.
  • Notices: All legal notices to Xfix Global Limited must be sent by certified mail or recognized international courier to: Xfix Global Limited, Attn: Legal Department, Nairobi, Kenya, with a copy via email to legal@xfixglobal.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
  • Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.

Language: The official language of these Terms is English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version shall control in the event of any conflict.
